not refunding me

My husband purchased a wonderbra set for me at the Barclay & clegg shop in cresta.The price tag was unclear and looks like R330 for the bra instead of R830.The lady rang up the items without informing him what the total was.He paid by card and he only realised later on when he received a message on his phone what the price of the item was(this was long after he left the shop and mall).We went back to return the item and I told Doy that I am happy to keep the bottom but cannot accept the bra because of the price.She refused to return the item and said that they have policies in place,which I clearly understand,however the item was still as it was given to my husband,not used at all.Doy was also very rude and laughed in my face and when I told her I will report her she changed her tone.I think this is unacceptable customer service as they refuse to refund my money after I said I will keep the bottom I just need the money back for the bra.R830 is a lot of money and I cannot afford to spend that on a bra.I called the owner Maureen and she to was extremely rude,she kept cutting me off and never gave me a chance to explain,she also said they have policies in place. I just want my money.
