Unsatisfied customer

I ordered Family Chicken Meal which was advertised on their menu screen for R149. The cashier Resego and the manager i forgot his name, they gave me bad attitude telling me I cannot order Family Chicken Meal because it is not on the system I would rather order Thumbs Up for R189.90. How can Barcelos advertise menu which is not on the system?
