Terrible service

We have been waiting to get help since 6 oclock in the morning, but still there is no help received and now its half 2:30pm, they told us doctors were in a meeting, untill one doctor came and told us he would only be helping us with appointments for today, but to my surprise he has done nothing, he walking up and down and saying nothing, the nurses are now also confused

Please help us because this is really sad, people are sick here, they even feel like giving up....no management has come to adress the situation, we are still waiting. From 6 am-till now its 2:30pm
