That was the last straw
We have been patient with this business and have always been open and honest. Last month, after they had continuously messed up our previous orders, I wrote a detailed note on the order. This was our way of ensuring that they actually got the order correct. What followed was bizarre. The owner called my wife and told her that the website was meant to block orders as they were adding more fridges to their warehouse. This would apparently take 8 - 12 weeks, during which they couldn't process orders. Tell me why I can still go on the website and attempt to place an order? I feel like there is dishonesty at play here and if they didn't want to deal with us anymore, they could have just said that, and we would have gone on to deal with other people. We will be doing that anyway but, sadly, it couldn't be an honest conversation as opposed to smoke and mirrors.

Don't order online
I can't speak to the quality of their meat, but I tried ordering from their web site and it was a disaster. Never again. After accepting the order, and charging my card - nothing! Then a day later they start spamming me about leaving items in my cart. Attempting to contact them is futile - they don't ever respond. It's been several days now, and I still can't get my money back.
