shop closes at 18h00 not 17h55

I am very much disappointed with PEP Bara Mall, the store suppose to close at 18h00 during the week (As per the operating hours on the windows), yesterday I went and I was there @17h55 to buy pumpers for my babe only to be told that it's closed. I tried to speak some sense to the security guy at the door and told him the time, 17H00 and the shop closes at 18h00, arrogantly so the guy told me that is my time not his. This is not acceptable - I suggest that the Store manager attend to this nonsense! Thank you
