Appalling service

Hi. I would like to log a very serious complaint for bara mall security guards. I went to the mall on 08-06-2018 and asked for the bathroom as i was very pressed. The service i received there was absolutely appalling as one of the security guards closed the battler door as i was about to get in when one of the gentlemen saw this and offered me to get inside. I pleaded that i would pay the R2 wen i got out as i could not hold it anymore. But they still closed the gate. I eventually took it out and paid and only then did i go in. When i got out i asked for the guards name and he said Richard, when i asked for the surname he laughed at me.

I find this very rude, unprofessional and downgrading as people were starting to look at us. I then took a picture of him and he asked what am i doing then i just walked away.

Please deal with this and get back to me urgently.
