Bar10da.co.za is ****

My experience with this business isn't just disappointing, it's disgusting. I'm not an unhappy customer, I'm an infuriated one. I placed an order at 20:30 online, they had no idea that there was an order placed when I called them. So I called a few minutes after placing the online order just to confirm that they received it, I was asked to send the order via sms - which I did. That was all done and confirmed by 20:45, I was ensured that my delivery would not take more than an hour, the hour passed by - nothing,... I called again and was told that the delivery guy has just left (this was at 21:30). I gave it another hour and still nothing, I called for the third time and was told that the delivery guy can't be reached because he's on a s******. Told that my order of R662 would now be R612 because the delivery fee is being taken away due to their tardiness. At 00:20 my door bell rings, it's a Takealot.com delivery guy??? So he hands me some piece of torn paper with the number 863 on it and tells me that's the price I have to pay him?? What the hell man? I call the business owner again and he sounds like he's been having a party somewhere, not knowing who I am, I tell him that this order is like 3 hours late and it's the wrong price I'm expected to pay, so he says "no, that's the price" to which I retort that I have the order confirmation email in front of me and it says R662 including delivery. That's the price I'm paying as a customer. He eventually reluctantly agrees... On their website they say pay on delivery by cash or card (card facilities available) the Takealot.com driver wants cash and I tell him and the owner of bar10da that I'm paying by card or not at all, the latter meaning that they can take their order back and shove it - I don't care. Then the s****** driver has a problem with taking the order all the way back to Midrand (when the business says they're based in Rivonia) like *** kind of business is this??? I strongly recommend to whoever reads this to not use this business - it doesn't work and their customer service is shocking.
