Poor workmanship and rudeness

Requested Bar-One to do urgent repairs on a wooden gate manufactured and installed by the company, as primary school children were at risk should the gate have fallen. They came 32 hours later. The guys only did temporary repairs and did them so badly that the gate is now welded shut completely. When I phoned Bar-One to mention this, Wayne shouted at me on the phone saying that he didn't need my problems early in the morning (is 09:30 early?). I do not understand why the repairs had to be temporary and couldn't have been done properly once and for all.<br> What could have become a good customer experience has been totally soured by poor product quality, poor workmanship and rudeness.<br> I notice that this is not the first time that there have been complaints about poor workmanship and rudeness from Wayne.
