Bad Service and Arrogant owner

I contacted the owner Wayne of Bar- One security company in Randburg and he was quite rude he even started off the call stating how annoyed he is with us, surely that is no way of talking to your client. They have not done a proper job with regards to the installation of our motor gate the first time around, he now accuses us of not being home the three times that they arranged to come around, I do admit that once we arranged my husband pitched 30 mins late for the appointment, we don't have anyone that can just come over and wait at our property for them to arrive, we also don't have the convenience to just randomly leave work as and when we wanto. I asked him about Saturday's and he very rudely told me they don't work on Saturday???For a owner of a company in he's industry Saturday's should be an option for clients like us that don't have many choices.<br> <br> He refused to come around again and fix the gate.They installed the new motor and two days after that it was not working R7490 later!!!!!! :( not great customer service Wayne!
