In summary, I walk in the shop in a bad mood, but because of the staff and management's service is so extraordinary, i walk out feeling happy, bubbly and ready to have a wonderful time with my family and friends. Pieter who is one of the managers there, is a quiet person but he always introduces customers to new products in the market and ensures customers receive the very best service and assistance. It's like walking on red carpet whenever I walk into the store. Also they always have stock of Peche Royal and Cold Duck which is often unavailable in whole of Cape Town
