Terrible Service

My brother's and I had decided to try out Bar Ba Coa in Umhlanga for a quick lunch before they needed to get on the road back to Joburg, however the experience was distasteful. <br> <br> We were ignored by the managers/ owners on arrival and this continued throughout our lunch. There were long gaps between getting our food, getting the bill and actually paying it. The managers/owners were happily attending to other tables while we waited and waited to have our requests attended to and the restaurant was not full at all. In fact, we were tempted to turn back when we first saw how empty it was. There were no apologies, no explanations for the delays we just received what we did when it decided to come and that was it. We forgave the lipstick stained glass that we received which contained one drink, as well as the water order that was apparently orange juice, however the service in general was dismal and almost unforgivable. <br> <br> The experience was highly disappointing and Bar Ba Coa, your service was sub standard!<br> <br>
