Poor client service

I paid Baptista Slabs R96500.00 for ribs, blocks, installation and concrete on the 08 June 2015. I was told that all work will be completed within six weeks. Its almost 11 weeks and the work is incomplete. I have been phoning their offices and even sending emails but till to date what I have got is empty promises. To all other customer this is not the kind of experience you want to encounter in your life. I have now taken the matter to Consumer Council and Speak Out (TV show on SABC 2). Do business with Baptista Slabs at your our risk.
