***** Ptotectors

So my friend and i decide to go to Baobab in Menlyn for a drink and some food. Ok we get there order and our food is brought. So far its all good. A guy comes and sits behind us on the table we initially wanted to sit on but were told its "reserved". This guy unzips my handbag.takes out my phone and unfortunately it falls to the ground and i turn around. He says my phone looks like his. I ask him how my phone went from my bag to his hand and he says he doesnt know. And stands to leave. I get up and confront him about it. And he walks off calling me all sorts of things. At this point m shouting at him. The waitors even tell me to keep quiet as i am disturbing the other customers. The guy walks out of the restaurant and i walk back to my table and tell the manager who has suddenly appeared from somewhere what happend. And all he said was i should have asked the waitors to help. He offers me juice and tells me to calm down. How on earth do you tell me to calm down after you have just let a ******** walk out of your premises?
