Horrible service ever

We went to Baobab Menlyn on thursday the 26th to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We arrived there around 20:00pm,and placed an order for 3 and waited for our food for an hour and people were receiving their orders while we still waited. The waitress(Lungile) didn’t even bother to come and update us about our order until we approach her and told us a lame excuse that there we too many orders and then the manager came to inform us that chicken takes time to be prepared and will be ready after 2 minutes.After waiting for 15 minutes again,we decided to cancel our order and that’s when the chef came to inform us that our orders we burnt. So we want to know if were undermined because of our ages and skin colour?because were **** to and neglected. As from now on i wont be visiting your resturant and i hate it because of the service i got,as my friend’s 21st birthday celebration was ruined.
