Cheats from Online order! Missing Meals! no Care for Compensation

What pathetic disgusting service and ******** from Menlyn Boabab. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I placed an order online for a mix grill and the delivery came, I asked the driver to please wait as I check my meal only to find that it has missing meat. When I stepped outside the driver has disappeared and upon calling the restaurant the manager told me i can come in to get the missing meat or upon my next order i must place commentary to get the missing meat. To my horrified shock of how he thinks i can drive to menlyn at any point or how he figures this will be possible from another order defeats me. he didnt even care to give an alternative suggestion that will accommodate me. He than later says drivers are not his control and FYI they dont have the meat in stock available. so if that is the case why didnt i get a courtesy call or a discount on my meal or replacement???? i still stressed how i used my last money to accomodate a meeting i was to have with people and I am remote working and cant be fixing messed up orders which he didnt seem bothered by!! this is disgusting shocking service coming from a manager at Menlyn Boabab. I have the recording and will go viral with it!!! it be interesting to hear how we are treated in these times of trying to safe and still work and accommodate our lives with the terrible service from our restaurants. I will never order from Boabab and will make sure all the people I know that prefer the place of business go somewhere else. they dont deserve the capital coming in if this is how we are disregarded.
