Bad service

We had to wait for about 10 minutes at the door, only to be told that we can't sit where we wished to be seated. The staff delayed almost every single thing. From bringing us menus. Mind you we came before the time breakfast ended.. because of the time the staff had wasted, we were informed that they can't serve breakfast. The worst part was that they behaved as if they did not want to serve us. I've dinned at the restaurants on several occasions, hosted birthday dinner parties there, family Sunday lunches, dinner dates and it has always been a bliss. I have never received such bad service. I am very disappointed by the bad service we received this morning. No apolgies no remorse from the staff or even the manager.
