Rude and unhelpfull staff

I am doing contract work for the SANDF. A chalet was booked for me at Baobab chalets in Musina which I had to pay for myself. I arrived there on day one at about 20h00 and was booked in by a staff member at reception.<br> The next night I returned at 22h00 and informed the staff member at reception that I am leaving at 7h00 the next morning as my job is finished and I won't need the room a third night. He said to me no problem they will refund me when I leave. the next morning another person was on duty and he said to me no money was left for me and the invoice was made out for 3 nights. he gave me a nr to phone and Lientjie answered the phone. I explained to her what happened and she said to me I paid by card and it will be a big job to refund my money. I said to her I want my money and she started shouting at me and said that they don't do any refunds. I am very unhappy with her attitude and unhelpfulness'. No where in the reception or on any of their receipts or invoices is anything about no refunds
