Banxso recruit you in ********* ways and soon relieve you of your money without one scruple.
I would rather give them minus 5 stars. They are pathetic, devious and plain shady in their dealings. I've seen glowing reviews on Banxso here on Hellopeter, but I don't know from what universe those people are. Banxso makes a lot of promises, but few off them are true. There is an FSCA investigation going on against Banxso for the way people is 'recruited', read 'hooked' on their platform. Hundreds of investors have already lodged complaints at the FSCA about the shady dealing going on there. I was just idly looking into Immediate momentum, when a lady from Banxso called me and hailed me welcome as a member of Banxso. I did not want to speak to her, I think her name was Shannon, but I am not sure. She kept on and on and would give me no peace until I said she could phone me the next day and she could tell me what it was all about. I don't know anything about investing, and that was the first time I even heard Banxso's name. I rue the day! The next day when she phoned I said I would pay the R4800 membership fee, but I was only interested in the Automated trading. I have witnesses and their calls are recorded. Then a Nic Johnson called me. I told him the same thing, and never heard from him again. The next step was that a person by the name of Vadym Kuzmenko phoned me and said he would be my success manager. By that time I had read the terms and conditions and it specifically said the leveraged trading was not meant for people who are prone to get anxious. I told him I had bipolar disorder, and General Anxiety disorder, that I was on disability pension, and that I could not make such important risky decisions. I said I only wanted to play around with the R4800 and see what all the hype about AI trading was about. He said they didn't like it when people say they want to play around and he just completely ignored the fact that I did not want to continue. He told me my money would be safe there as a result of the Required margin principle, that I was safe with him, because when I made money, he made money. He also told me about the 8.7 % interest rate on your equity and something about bonuses. I still don't understand the function of the bonuses. It didn't help me in any way. The moment I really needed it, they withdrew the bonuses, and up till today they cannot answer me as to why they did it and what their purpose with the bonuses was in the first place. We opened a few trades, and as with all the other complainants it went very well in the beginning. He advised me to invest the rest of the little money I had for the sake of the huge intererst rate. Of that I haven't seen a cent. One evening he phoned me and said I urgently had to pay in more money because my required margin was too low and they would close my trades and I would lose everything. I paid my last pension money into my trading account. You can thus see that your money is not safeguarded by the required margin. They say they work for 0% commission. What they don't tell you is that their swap fees are some of the largest in the industry. Each time I spoke to Vadym and in every email I sent him (and copied the Customer support in) I literally told him I wanted to opt out and asked for his assistance to close my trades in the right way at the right time so that I could withdraw my money and not trade anymore. He still ignored me. I asked the same of the Customer support people and they ignored me as well. They promise you a 'hotline' to your success manager at all times, but you can't phone him directly. You let Customer support know you are looking for him and then they tell him to phone you back and he takes his time about it. They all knew that I was mentally not in the position to do leveraged trading, but that bothered nobody. Vadym taught me just enough to keep me interested, but not enough to survive on my own. I sent him emails by the dozen, but he never answered one except when I complained about the fact that I was losing money fast, because I could not reach him. They follow the same pattern. They lull you into thinking everything is going to be allright, and then suddenly they disappear from the face of the earth and gone is your money. Their swap fees are so high that there is no way under the heavens that you can make a profit. When I complained Vadym could suddenly call me and asked me to retract what I said. I felt sorry for him and did not want to ruin his career, so I retracted it and gave him a glowing report. But that was not the end of it. The required margin kept falling and as I had no more money they gave me bonuses. R170 000 was deposited into my account, and another R100000 as well, but for that I had to sign a bonus settlement agreement, which I still don't understand. Nobody taught me or helped me to close the trades when profitable while I couldn' reach my success manager. I specifically asked and that wasn't after losing money or weeks in, it was literally from the 3rd day, ongoing until the end. All the emails are with my lawyer. I complained again and refused to retract this complaint. They pretended to try and reach a settlement with me, but I appointed my lawyer to handle it for me. The amounts they want to pay me out of their 'goodwill', but really only to retract my complaint, is laughable and ridiculous to say the least. I feel that I was taken advantage of, while I was not in the mental state to comprehend everything that was going on. (I knew and I said so, but the walls heard more than they did) and that the money *****ulently disappeared because no one had the least bit of interest to help me make or save my money. They just wanted to relieve me of my money as soon as possible. I am a single woman, on disability pension, prone to risky behaviour by no fault of mine, as I told them from the very beginning. They wanted a power of attorney from my lawyer which I signed and he sent them, but they are playing hide and seek with him now. We will have to go to court to proof that they took advantage of my illness and lack of knowledge. I just want to warn other people who fall for the **** rosy reviews that they will relieve you from your money in 3 or 4 months. It was all I had. I would never out of my own have started trading. And as I said I didn't know who Banxso was till they phoned me and I was swept along and I lost every last cent. The have a floor manager, a mr Richard who pretended to negotiate with my lawyer. I have never heard such a rude person before. All that happened was that they threw the blame around According to them everything was my own fault and they are acting like Santa now to pay me back a pittance. And as astonishingly ********* as they are, the moment I left my lawyer's office they sent me personally another unreasonable ridiculous offer. An international company cannot be so daft that they couldn't realize that that was a very ********* thing to do. We will now proceed with court proceedings and interviews with the media, but I wanted to warn other naive and trusting people out there not to get caught the same way. I don't lie to people so when they tell me something I don't see a reason to disbelieve it. Be aware, Be very aware.
