Poor service

My 55" TV screen broke. Got this business on google and found a new screen with them. Replacement was arranged for Saturday 31st August. Friday night I was informed that the technician had to be somewhere else on Saturday morning and I must come during the week, which is impossible for me due to work arrangements. I asked him to courier to me on Monday 2 Sept. Up to now no screen was received (Thursday 5 Sept) and he doesn't take my calls either. Will NOT recommend anyone to do business with this business.
