Excellent Customer Service

I booked a birthday weekend away using a Voucher purchased online and called the hotel directly to make my booking for March. What a pleasure to speak to the staff from the first point of call (Aaliyah who was most pleasant and helpful) to Ryan with whom I secured the booking. Ryan was accomodating, professional and downright infectious in his manner and the booking was made seamlessly and promptly. I cannot wait for March.....to be a tourist in my own city and try out this hotel!! Kudos to these two who fly their flag so high and proud despite the tough circumstances their industry faced and continues to face in the pandemic.
