Sea water or Flavoured water... You choose

Banting Revolution - Granadilla Flavoured Drink

im not sure what i am supposed to be drinking, a bottle of flavoured water or a bottle of Sea Water with a hint of granadilla flavouring.

Each sip i have taken i have got what tastes like a mouthfull of salt and im not sure what the banting diet is supposed to do, but a bottle of sea water is not a way i would want to find out about this so called diet.

Good luck to anyone that wanting to attempt the banting diet, I think i have been put off on guessing what this diet has to offer if the water is salt what are the other surprises awaiting with the food

Not planning on taking part in anything that tastes this disgusting
