Disrespectful and appauling service

I am currently stuck on the highway, called MSI for the roadside assistance that is included in my premium something I never used in 4 years by the way and then Rick the salesman I bought the car from gives me sarcasim and attitude because 1 I dont have the roadside tag which he never furnished me with in the first place, and 2 being a normal human that forgets to fill my car rushing 2 my family. Honestly I cant wait to be done with this dealership. Honestly if it wasnt for JHB Metro....government came through...and I don't even pay them
