Bad service and unwillingness to provide documents

I am very unhappy for I paid a dep of R25000 and R4800 monthly. I have requested the rwc and list of repairs or replacement parts while I was waiting for the vehicle for almost 3 weeks. Then this had to be done... then that..... The words were we must give you a good reliable car..... After being there on numerous occasions and issue after issue I eventually got the car in oct 2017.... steering rack not replaced as I was told it would be as it failed rw because of it..... I had a problem..... waited 2 months for them to get one as according to CJ their manager said it is too expensive and need to find cheaper. Eventually after pressure it got replaced with a second hand steering rack in the beginning of jan. I was told my car is ready. went to collect and thinking all sorted it felt like I was going to flip the car around corners. took it to a mechanic to check and yes the wheel alignment was never done. when I queried it I was told they were in a rush as I was coming to collect the vehicle. well as I said I got a message to say it's ready and they never even informed me that wheel alignment still needs to be done. Now I am requesting for the repairs and no one wishes to reply on collecting the vehicle.How many times should a person ask.
