WORST SERVICE, WOULDNT RECOMMED BANKMED!!

I honestly wish I could give Bankmed a negative rating. I have only joined Bankmed this year and had my first request for my dependent which turned out terrible. My son was scheduled to have a procedure done on 15 November, they call me on the 14 November at 11:30 to indicate that the request has been declined! Imagine after battling for more than a week with Bankmed, I get this response, CRAZY TO SAY THE LEAST! Their reason for them declining my request was that I did not disclose that my son had an ear infection months before adding him onto the medical aid??? A minor infection that went away 3 days after medication which happened months before I should remember to disclose? Wow. What a poor excuse. How was I supposed to know that my son was going to another ear infection months later being much worse and leading to a procedure? Not even the least to say that they would pay a portion of the amount but just declining it flat out. Honestly so disgusted in this service Bankmed offers.
