Worst service for claim payout

<p>Why does it take an eternity and endless fighting in order to get a claim paid out? The website makes it sound as if submitting a claim electronically is a painless effort but that is not the case here. Whenever you call you're told that it would take 24-48 hours for claims to do this and 24-48 hours for auths to do that. The whole claim process is supposed to take 48 hours and it's been72 hours now and there's been no progress at all. Why do we not have another medical aid option? Bankmed has to be the worst service provider around.</p>
