worst medical aid in SA

I have been complaining for the same thing for months. Between Pharmdirect sent an sms to say my membership has been cancelled. I am not sure by who as I did not request this, this means another delay for my meds. Theres always supises and no one in Bankmed is willing to do anything about this. Each month I get a different challenge. Bankmed really does not care for their members, we get horrible service constantly without fail. I am really disappointed. <br> <br> <br> <br>
