Worst medical aid ever - since Discovery Health became the Administrator

I have a repeat script for Nexipraz 40mg for a health condition diagnosed by my Gastroenterologist. On 10 July I could not get the full perscription because I had seen the Gastroenterologist on 26 June and he prescribed 10 Nexipraz 40mg. I do not have a problem that Bankmed approved only 20 Nexipraz on the 10 July 2019. Yesterday(31 July 2019) I could not get a FULL refill of Nexipraz 40mg. When the Pharmacy tries to assist on the 10 July 2019, a consultant suggest I go on Nexipraz 20 mg. I don't remember this consultant examining me, doing my gastroscopy, my colonoscopy and diagnosing me. Is she qualifies as a Gastroenterology. This thing that my medical aid(Bankmed) want to authorised only 10 tablets and I don't know how many later, is ridiculous. When I pay my subscription, the full amount get deducted, it does not get deducted in pieces. I did email Bankmed yesterday 31/07/2019, did not get a response. I suppose my call is still in SLA. Guess what Bankmed. - my health does not have an SLA. I wish that we could change our Administrators back to MHG. Having Discovery as an Administrator is frustrating and sucks. If this rating was numerical and zero was the first number, that is what I would rate Bankmed.
