Worst medical aid EVER!!!!!

Worst medical aid ever! Last night I was at the doctor patiently waiting to see the doctor. The receptionist calls me to tell me my funds shows R0! Now this is unacceptable because I hardly ever use this medical aid and the basic plan has unlimited doctor visits. So this morning I called in I’m on hold for the most time and finally the line just goes silent!!!! I am ****ed off and hate this ****ing medical aid I urgently need to see a damn doctor. Please sort your **** out!!!!
