WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!

I have had ENOUGH of this useless medical aid. We may R8000 a month for 2 people and the run around and hoops we have to jump through constantly is ridiculous. Authorisations have been given, yet when claims go through they take it off our savings. Everytime we have to phone and query and get told it’s a SYSTEM ERROR. This then takes WEEKS to resolve. Is this intentional!!!? Hoping the client will just give up with pursuing the matter. Promises to call back NEVER ever happen. Just get told it’s been escalated! By the time the “SYSTEM error” is sorted (which is absolute BS) gap cover refuses to pay the excess because the time has lapsed. No accountability! No service! Just ongoing skullduggery! But boy oh boy if you owe them a cent they take it in the blink of an eye!!!
