I FILLED IN THE FORMS WITH MY GP (HE LAUGHED AT ME TOLD ME THAT BANKMED WOULD NOT COVER THIS REGARDLESS OF THE EMAILS AND FONE CALLS)</p> <p>2. SENT THE FORMS BANK MED RESPONDED THAT I FILLED IN THE WRONG FORMS AND THAT IAM COVERED AND THAT MY DOCTOR JUST NEEDS THE RIGHT ICD10 CODES</p> <p>3. WAS SENT NEW FORMS AND TOLD THAT MY GP MUST CALL BANK TO GET THE RIGHT CODES AS THE CODES CANNOT BE GIVEN TO PATIENTS</p> <p>4. AGAIN I TOLD THE CONSULTANT MJUST TELL ME IF IAM NOT COVERED HE INSISTED I AM COVERED</p> <p>5. TOOK THE FORMS TO MY GP AND HE CALLED BANKMED AND WAS GIVEN CODES BY BANKMED CONSULTANT</p> <p>6. I DONT KNOW TO LAUGH OR SCREAM</p> <p>7. HE AGAIN TOLD ME THAT THIS EXCERCISE WOULD BE FUTILE AND THAT BANKMED WILL NOT COVER MY CHILD.</p> <p>8.
