worst medical aid ever

I never had a problem with bankmed until the end of last year, I am on a comprehensive plan which bankmed offered a care programme, now every time I see a doc I need a motivation otherwise bankmed won't pay, I keep on receiving bills which I need to pay, I called and spoke to a consultant who told me to keep a print of the what is covered and if not I will have to pay. A simple thing like a blood test bankmed refused to pay. this is terrible, ipay high premiums to be on this plan which does nothing for me.
