Worst experience

Bankmed is the worst at getting authorization; they request the most ridiculous things to slow down the process...I actually arrived at the hospital only to be informed that the authorization is still pending. I find their methods utterly repulsive. They requested a diagnosis letter from the physician, and upon receiving it, they now seek copies of scans to verify the doctor's statements—a subtle indication of their lack of trust in the doctor. I wouldn’t suggest this medical aid to anyone
