Worst Customer Service and nothing is ever covered with them.

Bankmed is the worst and I wish I wasn't forced to be on this medical aid. We recently found out that my wife is pregnant and naturally what I did was to contact my medical aid. The simple response from them, its NOT COVERED? *** does that mean? This is my first child and I have no idea of how any of this works. I am freaking out but I'm also excited for this new chapter in my life just for Bankmed to come and **** all over it. No explanation as to why its not covered, no congratulationsn nothing. These people suck and they know nothing about customer service.
