Where is the money going to?

Can somebody please advise why I am paying R3800 a month for medical aid when you need to see a doctor, it should come out of your pocket?Why should we be on the most expensive to benefit from our money?I cannot understand at all.I am expecting and after one visit to the gynae I receive a statement showing my remaining balance for gynecological visit for the year.So after my next visit i have to start paying cash or either choose to see a government hospital to ensure baby is ok as I am a hypertension patient. For blood tests not covered I have to pay and to claim just becomes moving mountains!They now request statements from me for blood tests. Do we ever receive statements when we give blood?Also you have to be earn a large salary to be a member of baby and me.So if you earn less you feel much less of a Bankmed customer. Can Bankmed please explain to me when Bankmed will start giving back what we paying for monthly?First time I use maternal benefits since I became a member 9 years ago and all I get is R2000 cover at the gynae?You guys are honestly pathetic.I am ensuring I remove myself from this medical aid asap.
