what Circus are you guys running
The level of incompetence from your staff, everyone keeps passing the buck and does not want to take accountability of a query, I have been trying to get 1 simple transaction processed/authorised that I was told it should take up to 48HRS yet 120 HRS later no solution or feedback??? i need feedback by COB today.
