What are reference numbers for???
<p>I am trying to get my It3b for tax year 2012 for 2 weeks now....I am calling ,sending e-mails without any success...customer service agents promise to call me back ...without any success...on the 11th of July I was getting a e-mail from Discovery saying my certificate is attached....I send back a e-mail saying nothing is attached...I called again with the e-mail reference number...neither bankmed or discovery can help me.On the 12th I receive the same e-mail on the same time as on the 11th...called them again ,quoting the reference number no feedback as yet....can't they trace the e-mail and put the attachment in...I need that document asap...is it only ex members that is treated like this????</p>
Was promised on 13 July at 10h07 to get my document by the end of the day.....still waiting 14 July 12h28...hopefully I will get it before Monday..

Was wondering if somebody manage to go into the big ,dark building to find the archived documents of the previous admin...Was promised again to have my document by Monday end of the day..at least somebody could have give me some feedback...
