Was told NO they won't help me!

<p>I went for a cesarean on the 15/03/2017 was charged +- R15000.00 the medical aid only paid out +-R4000.00 which is ridiculous, call the call centre today spoke to Ernest Lawson and was told NO the medical won't pay more but he will escalate the matter. I was explained why the full amount was not paid out and I understand however I don't have the funds to pay the gynae there has to be some negotiations that can be made for banked to assist me I am very unhappy and I would rather cancel my medical aid with banked if they cannot assist me. I need urgent assistance there has to be a way that banked can assist me I was on the line for a very long time I was also placed on hold for very long and I feel that banked does not care for there clients and they have no.respect for their clients as well. I would not advise anyone to go for banked as a service provider because they will disappoint you and not even care I had to force them to escalate the matter for me.
