Visibility of Chronic authorisation of dependant

Bankmed's administration has been outsourced to Discovery, I registered as a new member on the new url only to see that I as the main member has no sight of the chronic authorization of my husband (dependent on the medical aid). When questioning this I was told that he must give approval in writing that I as the main member of this medical aid can view this personal information. Now my question is - why could I see this on the old Bankmed url without any authorisations but on the \new"bankmend url I require approval from my own husband to view this. I am the main member of this medical aid. and handles all communication and authorisation linking to this medical aid. This is absolutely ridiculous. We were told only the admin is outsourced - looks however to a whole new useless service to me. Holding on for the call centre for minutes only to be passed from one area to another without any luck. The old Bankmed was way better. Definitely a step backwards"
