Very poor service provider and frustration endured by customer
Bankmed is a very poor service provider. I have been struggling to get the savings amount that is owed to me to pay out.
Bankmed is quick to take your money but when it comes to them to pay you, they take their time with every excuse in the book.
I am relying on these funds.
Please, refrain from using Bankmed as a service provider.
They offer no service and care nothing about their customers.
