Very poor service

I have been a member of bankmed for about fifty years. My name is Ena Hon and my membership no is ***. When I moved from a house in Parklands to an apartment in Parklands I stopped getting statements and correspondence. In fact I get nothing from Bankmed. This pose a huge problem as I don't know what has been paid and what not.Monthly complaints even to a Director did not solve the problem. All the mail is addressed to Milnerton and I live in Parklands but the postal codes are the same. I am at my helpless as nothing gets done. I need my care plan and all the other information urgently.
