Good day

I trust this complaint finds them well , Kindly get them to see my medical aid plan and tell me who has full control over this plan is it Bankmed or Me ? Who is paying this medical aid plan for me is it Bankmed or is it me ? There is forever a Levi at the pharmacy or forever they can’t pay for this and that leave me alone to finish my over the counter spend it is mine I am paying this medical aid with my money almost R5000 a month ,Kindly see my history I’m suffering from chronic headaches I take pain killers everyday when I buy pain killers they always decline so kindly stop controlling me you are not paying this medical aid I am there is a reason why I moved from basic to Traditional!!!!!!

This is not the only claim it rejects or wants a Levi on kindly look into it or move me back to be basic plan than I will buy medication cash like I used to with basic I will not be controlled buy some system as if that system is paying this medical aid plan for me this medical aid plan I’m paying is someone’s salary.
