useless medical aid card

well bankmed is useless as when one is sick you are unable to get assistance as they route everything to medical savings and yet they deduct a huge amount from us monthly .......is there anything you pay for when one is not on basic plan and your doctors on network turn us back saying they don't accept new clients yet you only send us to network doctors everything else we cant......
