Useless Medical Aid
Bankmed is useless, I have an optical query dating back to 5 Feb 2019 and to date (27 Dec 2019) still not resolved. U will speak to all those *********** consultants and yes, they will not help and also not provide any feedback. Each time you call them you must repeat the story. I am sick and tired of this nonsense. They do not even deserve 1 star I have given.
