useless medical aid

<p>As usual when it come s to my medical aid having to pay , i need to jump through hoops and only to have the review team decline the request to pay. My daughter fell and had a head injury and hurt her arm. According to the doctor its definately a PMB but as usual the medical aid has found a 100 reasons why a HEAD INJURY where her forehead was swollen the size of a large g**** fruit and needed to be X-rayed is not a PMB . it does not match the list of codes that the medical aid has. After the doctor has signed off the PMB form stating it was a pmb they are now disputing what the doctor said. This medical aid is just bent on ripping ppl off . first i was told i had to register a PMB before I could claim . Can some one tell me how I register a head injury before hand . </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
