useless medical aid

<p>im very dissapointed with bankmed. this is the most useless medical aid ever. </p> <p>i went to the doctor in October 2015 who refered me to the hospital for an x-ray. they were contacted and they gave authorisation, with authorisaton number *** and was assisted. they never paid the bill, only paid the doctor and rejected the hospital's invoice.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am totally unhappy, i called their office and was transfereed to over 7 diferent ppl including the old administrator and care cross, who both just transfered me further till my call cut. why authorise something they will not pay, why pay for silly sevices when i have medical aid? whats its use kanti. im now getting demand letters from the hospital because of this. if my name gets tained because of this they will have another thing coming. </p> <p>now im sick, cant even go to my own doctor because there is a dispute about the patient he refered to the hospital. </p> <p>resolve this imediately or i will be refering this to the Council for Medical Aid Schemes. </p>
