Urgent Bankmed Income Tax Certificate/documents (***) request.

Dear Bankmed

I hope this email finds you well.

I am unable to retrieve my tax documents from the Bankmed website, as it does not allow me to register my ID number since I am not a member.

So far, I have only received the 2019 Tax Certificate. However, I urgently need the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Tax Certificates for my tax submissions.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance, as I am currently facing penalties from the tax authorities.
