Im so dissapointed with the response i received from Bankmed on Thursday (13/09/2018) that they can't help me because they don't have the vascular surgeon within my radius which is Durban. They only have this type surgeon @PMB, so i asked the consultant if Bankmed will pay for the bills for me to travell to Pmb the answer he received from his team leader was that it's not on the policy to do that. My question is, "is it on their policy not to have this type of surgeon around Dbn" because it seems like the ones they used to have abondened them. Now im the one who is suffering whilst i have this kind service under my plan.
