Unresolved claim since 9 April 2021 for oncology claim related to a wig. After contacting the medical aid (oncology department) and enquiring about the process, we followed the process to obtain wick. This included the quotation, followed by a prescription from the oncologist and providing the proof/receipt of payment from the supplier. I lodged several enquiries, every time , having to deal with someone different, and having to explain every time, without any avail.
