Unpleasant experience

<p>When I look through my claim statement, I realized that items that were previously paid out of my insured benefit were actually charged out of my MSA. I have a significant problem with this because as far as I am aware this procedure is an insured benefit and I don't understand why part of it is now being charged out of MSA. I want this rectified & I want this benefit to either be classified a MSA benefit or a fully insured benefit. Not half, half. </p> <p>I trully don't understand why Bankmed switched administrators. Discovery is a ******* and I never liked them and now they ripping me off as a Bankmed member. </p> <p>I am beyond upset!!!! Fix this!!!!</p>
