Unpaid bill
They are not looking after they're client's all they interested on is money that comes in when they supposed to pay out they have issues. I have situation where by they refusing to pay a doctor with an excuse of a structured plan. Aren't medical aid supposed to be there for you as their client when you need them the most. Bankmed sucks it's just we are forced to choose them by employers as our medical aid
